Basisbank is excited to announce its investment project: the construction of Gudauri Hills. The investment project in Gudauri was funded with the support of Basisbank as one of the largest supporters of the business and within the framework of the EBRD green finance project. Basisbank allocated up to USD 1.5 million for the implementation of the project.

An environmental investment was made by Basisbank for the project. The complex was fully equipped with energy-efficient, environmentally friendly materials, significantly reducing the harmful impact on the environment and improving the energy efficiency ratio.

Gudauri Hills Residence is a 6-storey, 62-apartment hotel-style residential complex with a restaurant, ski storage and outdoor parking. Gudauri Hills Aparthotel is a cozy, modern, 4-storey, 29-room aparthotel.

The complex has an exclusive location: a few meters from the first ski track, with the Ski-in/Ski-out concept at the first cable car. Gudauri Hills is located at 2070 meters above sea level, offering a beautiful view of the Caucasus Range.

Funding of these projects is one of our priorities, as it promotes the development of tourism and strengthens the construction sector, being one of the key prerequisites for the development of the national economy.
